Shipping Information:

In-Stock Parts orders will normally ship within 24-72 hours by Ground Delivery Some parts ship in 2 weeks or more.
All sales subject to sales tax on a per state basis where required.

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

Minimum 20% restocking fee on all cancelled orders. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Please contact RMCC for the most updated status of your order and additional fees will apply should custom programming have transpired.

The client and RMCC agree that all computer products are Factory Outlet Excess Certified Refurbished, Scratch and Dent, and / or Previously Ordered new through Computer Component O.E.M. and its' agents.

Client agrees that O.E.M (Original Equipment Manufacture) shall be responsible for the product's warranty on all O.E.M. factory refurshied computers and client shall hold RMCC free and harmless from O.E.M. liability.
